Background: B.Sc., LLB from Panjab University, Chandigarh, enrolled with Bar Council of Punjab & Haryana since 1980.

Experience: Mr. Naresh Kumar Joshi has an experience of 40 years in litigation. With decades of practice and vast knowledge behind him, he has carved a special niche for himself in the field of taxation, commercial laws and constitutional matters. He appears regularly before judicial Authorities or quasi-judicial body to represent the case/ cases, High Courts, Tax Tribunals, Intellectual Property Board, National Company Law Tribunal and District Courts of Punjab, Haryana and Chandigarh.

He has appeared in innumerable taxation and commercial disputes related matters and more than 100 of them have been reported by various law journals such as Recent Tax Cases, Sales Tax Interpretation, Punjab & Haryana Taxes, Sales Tax Literature and other official legal journals.

He has a tireless ability to grasp the minute nuances of complex litigation and to understand the application of relevant law. Combined with his vast experience, Mr Joshi has an unending zeal to learn the new developments in law and keeps himself well abreast of the ever dynamic laws.

He has a keen eye for talent and thus has a team of highly motivated and dedicated legal associates. Under his able guidance all his team members work day and night to deliver client satisfaction.

Experience: Ms. Bhavna Joshi handles the Firm’s work exclusively in Australia. She has vast and diverse experience in various legal offices in Australia. She has worked at Victorian Government Solicitor’s Office, Melbourne, King and Wood Malleson, Melbourne.

Before moving to Melbourne, Australia, she had 11 years of litigation experience with a roaring practice in Chandigarh, Punjab & Haryana. She has worked in diverse fields such as criminal, civil, medical negligence, commercial disputes and honed her skills as an associate of Senior government counsels and Advocate General of Punjab and other senior lawyers.She has proved to be an able extension of the Firm overseas and combines youth with experience. She strives for quick adaptation and innovative tools to advise clients. She has displayed exemplary skills while managing the overseas work of the Firm and the same has its foundation in years of hard work put in by her during her litigation days in India.

Background: B.A. (Hons) History, St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University. M.A. in History, LLB from Delhi University, enrolled with Bar Council of Delhi since 2017.

Experience: With a family history of Law in the background, this young fellow, has embarked already on his journey towards law, having finished High School, with excellent results, he cleared the CLAT, but choose to be anchored closer home and read law at Chandigarh, instead.

He assists the Firm in online as well as offline research and note making activities, wherefrom he too learns about the law, he also has solid continuing experience in Moot Court at the National Level and this comes in handy while preparing arguments in cases. His panache for detail has very many times helped the Firm in pending litigation and he makes the clientele very comfortable, while processing their information.

He has already interned with many National as well as International Law Firms and his experience is put to good use here. He is an avid writer and has already to his credit, many Publications and Research Papers in his chosen field.

Experience: Mr. AnoopNautiyal has been associated with the Firm since 2015. He got the experience of the Firm’s professional style of working and high demands of excellence even before getting enrolled as an Advocate. He has seen the Firm’s working at close quarters and within a year has adjusted brilliantly to the professional demands.
